The qualification can be delivered completely at the Centre, with a mix of workshop and theory sessions. 

How is this Qualification Assessed?

The learner will be assessed against this qualification by one 50 question on-screen multiple choice exam. This qualification is graded pass or fail only.

Prerequisite

There are no formal entry requirements for this qualification; however learner has the potential to achieve the qualification. Learners must have the minimum levels of literacy and numeracy to complete the learning outcomes and assessments.

Achievement Upon Completion

Upon successful completion of the Assessment, the candidate will receive a Level 3 Award in the Requirements of Fire Detection and Fire Alarm Systems for Buildings BS 5839-1:2017 from EAL (603/4906/2) or City & Guild.
